Privacy

Your information, with a clear purpose.

This website presents the services of SAMMIN Consultoria, owned by mining engineer Thiago Sampaio. When you submit a proposal request, the information is used to assess the project, prepare a response and contact you about the requested service. Submission does not create a service contract.

Information collected

The form collects name, email, project location, service of interest and project description. Company, phone and preferred timeline are optional. A request reference, submission time and consent version are also stored. A daily hash of the connection identifier is used to limit abusive submissions; the original IP address is not stored in the inquiry record. Do not submit confidential reports or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s private database, hosted through the Sites infrastructure on Cloudflare. There is no public list of submissions. Requests older than 180 days are removed during subsequent submission processing. Contact details are not added to marketing lists. When email delivery is enabled, the browser forwards the form information and reference to Web3Forms for delivery to Thiago’s professional email. This provider processes the submitted fields and connection metadata under its own privacy policy and retention settings. The confirmation screen distinguishes saved requests from accepted email forwarding. If forwarding is unavailable, a prepared email can be opened and sent manually; it is not sent automatically.
